We’re June and Eli Hollis. We raise cattle and hogs on 140 acres of rotationally grazed pasture, milk a small herd of Jerseys, and grow greens for our neighbors. Order online, we weigh every cut, and you pay for exactly what you get.

You pay for the actual weight. The maximum is on each weighed item before checkout, and the farm covers anything over.
